JD Enterprise Limited operates as a retail and wholesale platform. We utilize a direct-fulfillment (dropshipping) model where products are dispatched directly from our partner suppliers in Shenzhen, China, to your designated delivery address.

2. International Shipping & Customs

Origin: Orders are shipped from China.
Import Duties/Taxes: The customer is considered the "Importer of Record." You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by your country’s regulations (e.g., US Customs or CBSA in Canada).
Delivery Estimates: Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing or international logistics issues.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We specialize in wireless chargers, SD cards, and mobile accessories.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors.
Electronic Compatibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that electronic products (e.g., wireless chargers) meet the local voltage and safety standards of their region before purchase.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including unavailability of stock or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase, as orders are processed quickly by our fulfillment partner.

5. Returns and Refunds

Defective Goods: If a product is defective (e.g., an SD card fails to read), please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo/video evidence.
Change of Mind: Due to the international nature of our shipping, we do not offer returns for change of mind. If we do, the customer is responsible for return international shipping costs to our designated facility.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

JD Enterprise Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products purchased through our site. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
